Delivery Info:

📌 For non lift-accessible storey additional surcharge: $12 dollars per floor, per item.

📌 Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.

📌 Additional surcharge $30 dollars for delivery to Sentosa/Jurong Island/Military Camps. 

📌 On-Site Servicing or Exchange Transportation Fee: $30 dollars per trip.

📌 Free Delivery to HDB, condos or landed properties. $10 dollars surcharge for malls.

📌 Re-schedule of Missed Delivery, $30 dollars surcharge.

📌 For items processed to shipping, a cancellation fee of 30% of the ordered value can be charged to cover expenses incurred by logistics companies for pickup and redelivery from our warehouse.

-- All items are made to order. Direct from factory.

-- Buyers must inspect all goods upon receipt and before installation. No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed after installation.

-- No exchanges or returns accepted for mattresses delivered correctly as per order.

-- Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. 

-- Due to manufacturing limitations, mattress thickness may vary by ±0.5 inches.

-- Due to photoshoot lighting conditions and monitor settings etc, there might be colour variance.

Disposal Info:

📌We do not provide disposal services at the moment.

📌Customers are advised to contact their respective Town Councils for assistance with bulky item disposal for free.

📌Most Town Councils offer free disposal of up to three (3) movable bulky items per trip & per month. This service may exclude certain types of items.

📌Residents of private properties may seek assistance from their building or estate management for bulky item disposal.

📌We can assist in bringing your items outside for the Town Council to collect and dispose of.
