At Caler Home Singapore, all our furniture pieces are custom-made with care and precision to suit your unique home needs. As such, we kindly ask customers to understand and agree to the following policy before making a purchase:
1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Refunds
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or preference-related reasons once the order has been confirmed.
2. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect:

We will arrange for an on-site servicing or rectification.

If the issue cannot be resolved through servicing, and is deemed irreparable by our team, we will proceed with a one-to-one exchange for the same item or a similar replacement, subject to availability.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for servicing or support.
4. Natural Characteristics & Tolerances
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, grain, or minor dimensional differences are considered part of the natural characteristics of furniture and are not classified as defects.
