I've placed order on Caler Home SG

Do all products come with a warranty?

Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to calerhomesg@gmail.com with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Megafurniture reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.

Do I have to pay for installation?

All products come with free assembly and installation, unless otherwise stated.

I have received a faulty product.

Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide you a replacement or repair of the product. Do email the images or video of the faulty product to us at calerhomesg@gmaill.com

I've received a wrong product. What should I do?

We are sorry that you've received a wrong product. Please inform our delivery team upon receiving the wrong item(s). Similarly, please email us at calerhomesg@gmail.com. Our Customer Service Officers will advise you on your next delivery time/date to replace the wrong item(s).

How will I be refunded?

All refunds for orders paid for via cash on delivery will be made via bank transfer.

Customers who have paid via credit card methods will be refunded via the original mode of payment. Refunds for payments made via cash on delivery or credit card will be made within fourteen (14) working days.

Refund of payments made via PayPal will be in accordance to PayPal’s mode of refund. For more information, click here.

What happens if the furniture cannot fit into the lift on the day of delivery?

Should such incidents happen, we will assess if the furniture can be carried up via stairs in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous, e.g prone to damage on narrow stairway or obstructing passage, Caler Home reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery and refund you with any payments that you have already made.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will apply.

Caler Home also reserves the right to rearrange an alternative delivery date should the pre-determined timing not allow for immediate delivery, as there may be other pending deliveries scheduled for that day.

My order is not here yet. What should I do?

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours after placing your order by contacting us with your order number. Please email us at calerhomesg@gmail.com

I'd like to order from Caler Home SG

I am unable to use my coupon code on certain items. What's wrong?

Kindly check the T&Cs of the relevant promotion that you've received as it may not be applicable to the item(s) you're purchasing.Some problems that may have occurred are:

  1. Insufficient minimum spend on qualifying items in cart
  2. Discount was requested for items that are not qualified for discount (e.g. discount code for dining chair was used when only a dining table is in the cart)
  3. "Apply Coupon" button was not clicked
  4. Discount code has expired 
  5. Discount promotion has ended

I received a coupon code. How do I apply the coupon code?

  • Go to your Shopping Cart after selecting the item(s) that you would like to order
  • Click on 'Check Out'
  • Under the Discount Code field (located below the product thumbnail), please enter the coupon code you have received from Caler Home SG.
  • Click on "Apply" to enjoy the discount!

I need the items urgently.

Time taken for delivery will depend largely on the lead time of the item purchased. Customised products will usually require a longer lead time.

Can I choose my preferred delivery date/time?

You can indicate your preferred delivery date in the 'Add a note to your order' in the bottom left corner of the check-out page. The time range will be given by our logistics team one day before the delivery.

In general, Caler Home's Delivery Team performs deliveries to most areas in Singapore from 0900 to 1500, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time for your order to be delivered to you depends on the area zone of your delivery address.

The delivery date that you have chosen only serves as an indication of your preferred delivery date to Caler Home.

Caler Home makes its best effort to fulfil your order during your requested time slot. You will receive an SMS/CALL from Caler Home at least one day before the date of delivery to notify you of your confirmed delivery time range.

Should Caler Home face difficulty in fulfilling your order within your preferred timing, you will also be contacted the day before your preferred date of delivery to notify you of any change to the preferred date or time that you have chosen.

Do you help to dispose old furniture from my home?

Sorry unfortunately we do not provide disposal services.

As such, we recommend you to approach your town council for free bulky disposal service. For private properties, you may contact your building/estate management for assistance. 

Do you have a showroom or experience store to view the products?

Sorry unfortunately we do not have a showroom in Singapore.

How long do I have to wait before my order gets processed?

Your order will be processed in 1-5 working days. You will receive a call/message from our team for the confirmation of your order and delivery arrangements.

Currency for payments

All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST. 

Staircase Delivery Fees (Furniture)

If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator breakdown upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) Caler Home will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per non-wardrobe/wardrobe item will be as follows:

  • Additional S$12.00 per non-wardrobe item transported to a non lift-accessible storey 
  • Additional S$20.00 per wardrobe transported to a non lift-accessible storey
  • Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.
